AI Lead Enricher & Job Match ("the Extension", "we", "us") is a Chrome extension and companion web service, operated by FOP Baranov Andrii Volodymyrovych (Ukraine), that helps recruiters and salespeople enrich LinkedIn profile data with an AI-generated email guess, an AI icebreaker message, and an optional job-match score — one profile at a time, only when you click "Enrich Lead" on a page you're already viewing.

What we collect and why

• Profile data you enrich — name, headline, company, location, and publicly visible "About"/experience/skills text from the LinkedIn profile page you're viewing, sent to our server only when you click "Enrich Lead". We do not scrape LinkedIn in the background or without your action.
• Account data — your email address and a unique account ID, via our authentication provider, Clerk (Clerk, Inc.), when you sign in.
• Enriched leads — the resulting name/email/company/icebreaker records are stored in our database, tied to your account, so you can see your recent leads in the popup.
• Job posting text — if you use the optional job-matching feature, the job description text you paste or the page text you choose to fetch is stored to score candidates against it.
• Payment data — if you upgrade to Pro, your payment is processed entirely by WayForPay; we never see or store your card number. We receive only the transaction result (success/failure, masked card digits, email, phone) to activate your subscription.
• Extension settings — theme, language, and connection preferences are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and are not sent to us except as needed to fulfill your requests.

Third parties we share data with

Only as needed to provide the feature you're using:

• OpenAI — profile text is sent to generate the email guess, icebreaker message, and job-match score.
• Hunter.io — used as a supplementary source for finding a verified email address, where configured.
• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• WayForPay — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Your own integrations — if you configure a Webhook URL, Notion, HubSpot, or Google Sheets export in Settings, enriched lead data is sent there at your explicit request. We don't send your data to these services unless you've turned them on yourself.

We do not sell your data or the data of the leads you enrich to anyone.

Google Workspace API data & Limited Use

If you connect Google Sheets, the Extension's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data received from Google Workspace APIs to train, improve, or otherwise build generalized or foundational AI/ML models — Workspace data is used solely, at your request, to write your enriched lead rows into a spreadsheet our Extension created in your Google Drive.

Data retention

Enriched leads and account data are kept for as long as your account is active, so your lead history stays available. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below — we'll process it manually while we work on a self-service option.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us at the email below to exercise any of these rights.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the underlying database is restricted to the operator of this service.

Children's privacy

This is a professional/B2B tool, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the Extension after a change means you accept the updated policy.
